TSL Education leads the way in Local Authorities as TES HireWire becomes the undisputed market leader in schools.

TSL Education celebrates further outstanding success with TES HireWire LA the free online recruitment service for Local Authorities less than a month after its launch with 50 local authorities already subscribed to the service.

In a similar incredible achievement, the schools version of TES HireWire, approaches its first anniversary with 75 per cent of secondary schools in England signed up and celebrates its 2,500th school coming on board today.

Bill Donoghue, Managing Director at TSL Education, said: "the take-up of TES HireWire for Local Authorities by 50 LAs in less than a month is a remarkable achievement by any standard and along with our success in schools makes TES HireWire the undisputed market leader. At this rate we expect the vast majority of LAs in England to subscribe to the service by the summer. Our strategy at TSL Education is to help schools recruit the best teachers for the right roles in a timely and cost-effective way. TES HireWire supports that strategy and helps professionalise the recruitment process at the same time."

Bill Donoghue continues, "In addition to all the functionality of the school service the Local Authority version also provides detailed reporting on recruitment KPIs for their schools, giving greater visibility of trends and enabling them to better strategically support their schools. The feedback from local authorities nationwide has been very positive and speaks for itself."

It is an intuitive and highly flexible service that can accommodate existing LA processes and deliver real efficiencies for schools."
