TEACHER OF HISTORY
In a recent survey of top international schools taking British exams, Dubai College was identified as the number one British school overseas in the world. Dubai College is an HMC ‘not for profit’ British, independent, selective and co-educational senior school that achieves outstanding GCSE and A level results. The school has established an excellent international and regional reputation. The 870 students (11 to 18 years of age, majority British) follow a modified English National Curriculum, GCSE and A Levels. Facilities, resources and the teaching environment are superb. The school is also a member of COBIS and BSME.
The College is seeking to appoint a very experienced teacher to teach History to A Level. The successful candidate will be expected primarily to support the teaching of this thriving and successful subject as it enters a new phase in its development at the College. The successful candidate will also have the ability to teach additional subjects at KS3 level including, but not limited to, Politics and Geography

Dubai College operates its own teaching scales. The contract of employment provides for a generous basic salary (currently tax free), medical insurance and terminal gratuity. In addition an allowance will be given for accommodation and relocation as well as an annual flight allowance.
