The Department of Management is in the middle of an exciting period of growth. Building on our successful strategy of high quality research and research-led teaching we will be growing existing areas of strength and creating new ones over the next three years. This expansion will include: a new variant of our undergraduate programmes, taking the form of a BSc International Business Management: the creation of a Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, which will pave the way for a new MSc in Entrepreneurship and Technology; the launch of new MSc programmes in the broad area of finance, including Banking & Finance; the expansion of our economics group; and the creation of executive management education in the professions in which King’s has major strengths, particularly healthcare.
The Department seeks to recruit a Lecturer in International Human Resource Management to teach at Undergraduate and Postgraduate level, to design and develop course modules and to contribute to the planning, organisation and delivery of degree programmes in the Department. Applications are sought from suitably qualified candidates whose work has an international dimension, are able to contribute towards a module in international human resource management. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate teaching experience and have completed, or about to complete, a PhD in a relevant field.
The appointment will be made, dependent on relevant qualifications and experience, within the Grade 7 scale, currently £39,685 to £47,328 per annum, plus £2,323 London Allowance per annum.
