Grade 6 £33,518 per annum
plus £2,923 per annum London
This post will be Fixed Term Contract until 31 October 2020.
This position offers a stimulating and multidisciplinary environment. The appointee will join an ongoing research program that aims at implementing algorithms and software tools for the integrative analysis of multi-omics data from both model systems and patient studies of triple negative breast cancers. The project will entail developing innovative computational strategies for integrating patterns of genomic instability, such as DNA double strand breaks, with diverse immune cell repertoire sequencing data, as well as immunohistochemistry, histologic image analysis, and gene expression profiling data..
The post will be based in Dr Grigoriadis Cancer Bioinformatics Team at the Guy’s Hospital Campus, and will also involve interaction with colleagues based in the Breast Cancer Now Reserarch Unit at KCL and the Breat Cancer Now Research Centre at the Institute of Cancer Research, London, both under the Directorship of Professor Andrew Tutt. Dr Grigoriadis has published work recently in journals such as Nature Medicine and Breast Cancer Research.
