Student Attainment Manager
£33,518 - £39,992 per annum
Plus £3,223 London Allowance
This role is critical to King’s College London’s strategic educational objective to care about our learners on an individual basis and design mainstream interventions that remove all forms of inequality in learner engagement, retention and success. The post-holder will be developing and implementing a strategic plan to eliminate the attainment gaps at the college.
The Attainment Manager will work closely with the Head of Student Outcomes, and the wider Social Mobility and Student Success division to lead the university’s approach to reducing attainment gaps.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to interrogate research and data. They will be able to develop and manage positive working relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders across the institution and develop buy-in for the attainment strategy. The role holder will be an effective communicator who is able to communicate progress to a wide range of groups across the institution and champion the work of the Student Outcomes unit externally.
The salary will be paid at Grade 6 £33,518 - £39,992 per annum
plus £3,223 London Weighting Allowance per annum.
This post will be indefinite.
This is a full-time role.
The selection process will include a panel interview, an assessment and a presentation.
