We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, organized individual to join us as the Programme Administrator for our MSc Forensic Mental Health programme. This well established programme currently has two pathways, an MSc Clinical Forensic Psychology and MSc Forensic Mental Health Research. The Programme Administrator is a key role, as the post holder will be the initial point of contact for students, staff and external enquiries and will regularly liaise with colleagues in central departments in order to provide an excellent student focused service.

Although experience of Programme Administration in Higher Education may be beneficial it is not a requirement as meeting the essential criteria for the role, transferable skills and the right attitude are key. The successful applicant will join a well-established high performing team and will have an excellent opportunity to develop a career in Higher Education administration. Appropriate training, support and development will be provided to ensure delivery of a ‘Gold Standard’ student experience.

The Salary will be Grade 4, £24,285 - £27,285 pro rata per annum
plus £2,923 London Weighting Allowance pro rata per annum

This is a Full-time post.
