We are seeking to appoint a talented teacher, inspirational leader and advocate for SEND to become our Director of Inclusion.
The successful applicant will oversee the merging of our nationally renowned Integrated Resource for students with ASD with our exceptional SEND department. You will be leading and working with highly committed professionals to create a new model for inclusive SEND in our outstanding school. You will have a deep understanding of inclusion and be skilled in ensuring the progress of all children whatever additional needs they may have.
Your leadership will ensure engagement in appropriate CPD for all members of the team and across the school to continually improve provision.
