Head of Sixth Form

RGS requires a highly qualified professional to provide strategic leadership, operational management, monitoring and quality control throughout the Sixth Form. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and multi-skilled teacher of either Mathematics, History or English to be Head of Sixth Form. You will join a team whose commitment to providing excellent pastoral care is matched only by our determination to demand the highest academic standards. You will have experience of pastoral responsibility, be familiar with the UCAS process and be willing to support and lead whole Sixth Form events. You will be responsible for monitoring standards and for liaising with parents, staff and other agencies as required. The successful candidate will be able to show considerable knowledge and experience post-16 pastoral care and guidance.
